The Committee on Science and Education recommends that the Parliament adopt the Bill of the Resolution "On State Celebrating of 200 Anniversary of Nikitskiy Botanic Garden - National Scientific Center"

The necessity of the Resolution (Reg.№2680) Bill adoption id influenced by the eminent scientific, historic and cultural, esthetic value of the Nikitskiy Botanic Garden National Scientific Center in Yalta, Autonomous Republic of Crimea.

The members of the Committee stressed that the botanic garden has "unique collection of local flora it is considered as model of development of landscape". It is one of the most popular botanic estates in the whole world.

Pursuant to the Bill, it id recommended that the Cabinet of Ministries of Ukraine should form the Organizing Committee on Preparation for the anniversary celebration in September 2012.
